Gregory DeMayo, President
Greg is a graduate of Babson College and his multi-faceted career spans positions in accounting, purchasing, finance, auditing, and sales. In the early 1990's, Greg worked in expense management at a Fortune 50 company and since joining Profit Enhancement Services in 1996, he has led the company's transformation into a BPO business model for telecommunications expense management. Greg is responsible for overall company strategy and business development.
Brad Venuti, Vice President - Client Operations
Brad is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology. His extensive and diverse work background includes creating customized IT solutions for business units within IBM. In addition, as a project manager for a company specializing in optimizing tax management for utilities, Brad integrated an enterprise software application with client accounting policies and business rules. Prior to becoming Vice President, Client Operations at PES, Brad served as an auditor, client project manager, and database manager. Brad's experience successfully integrates professional services and software technology to solve your business problems.
Frank DeMayo, Vice President - Professional Services
Frank's career spans four decades and includes positions such as purchasing agent, treasurer, and CEO of a software and systems integration company serving the communications industry. Today, Frank leads the Profit Enhancement Services' professional services group for project-based solutions and support of BPO business. He specializes in sourcing projects for carrier services as well as the creation and execution of telecom expense management strategies. Frank is also responsible for successful execution of telecom audit projects.
Brad Moty, Marketing Director
Brad is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has been in the telecom expense management industry for four years. Brad previously held marketing and business development positions at a start-up software company. Brad is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives at Profit Enhancement Services.
John Cataldo, President - Profit Enhancement Systems, Inc. John runs our west coast subsidiary as well as sales operations. Cataldo is a graduate of Boston University School of Business. For 17 years John has been a recognized leader in the telecommunications industry. John has negotiated over $1 billion in contracts and brings this experience to our customers. Beginning in a sales role, John worked his way to a senior leadership position with two national fortune 100 companies where he had responsibility for 4000 customers and several hundred million in revenue. John's experience from the "carrier" side brings a unique perspective to TEM which helps us to create innovative vendor management strategies that drive client ROI, optimize contract management results, and assess benchmark pricing with a market-driven approach.
