Upon contract execution, a project manager assumes complete responsibility for the success of your program and also serves as a single-point-of-contact. We provide documentation detailing client requirements, process milestones, and a project schedule.

Required items for setup are:

  • Letters of Authorization (LOAs)
  • Recent wireless billing data
  • Wireless user/device information
  • Enterprise hierarchy
  • Rate plan(s) / corporate agreements
  • Carrier contacts

Next Steps - Once this data has been collected, PES will provision your customized instance and your database build effort commences. On average, a wireless outsourced solution can be implemented within forty-five days of contract execution.

Final Steps - When all data points have been captured and your instance has been completed, our wireless telecommunication consultants will deliver an onsite presentation of your portal coupled with user training. At this point in the process, the solution setup phase has been completed and recurring outsourced services are being delivered.
